Restriction bans are to be lifted in Victoria. Are you ready?
It’s been announced by Premier Daniel Andrews that cafes, restaurants and pubs in Victoria will reopen for dining in starting from 1st of June, which is the first step of the Victorian government’s way to open Australian’s economy after the COVID-19 outbreak.
These dining venues allow up to 20 patrons per enclosed space in 1st of June, and slowly moving up to 100 people starting from mid-July.
The ease of restrictions is due to low numbers of new cases, as announced by Premier Dan Andrews.
Physical distancing requirement will continue to proceed, as tables between each restaurant will be spaced for at least 1.5 metres apart. Rules such as extensive temperature checks and cleaning are still required as well to ensure there is no risk of second wave of COVID-19.
Mr. Perrottet also warned the community that the ease of COVID-19 restriction is not an excuse for people to storm for a house party and that should be the last thing to do.
Premier Daniel Andrews also announced that the real estate auctions and property market is reopened as well.
Victorian real estate businesses are encouraged to limit the number of people attending inspections, allowing up to 10 people for auctions and inspections, excluding the facilitator of the actions and the opens.
Health Minister Brad Hazzard warned real estate agents, genuine buyers and sellers to take care when proceeding inspections and actions.
Agents and clients must follow strict safety guidelines, especially extensive cleanings and urging clients not to touch surfaces. Hand sanitisers are also required always.
Xynergy Realty is thrilled to welcome clients back as well. In line with the guidance of the government and health experts, we’ve introduced several protections of Terms of Entry and social distancing measures to keep the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and clients.
